Nestled in the heart of the Peloponnese, surrounded by red limestone walls and quiet mountain villages, Leonidio has become one of Europe’s most iconic sport climbing destinations. Authentic and welcoming, it offers an incredible variety of crags and perfect limestone, with mild temperatures even in the middle of winter.

This trip is designed for those who want a week of climbing that’s both intense and relaxed, far from daily routines. You’ll enjoy six full days on the rock, exploring some of the area’s best sectors — from Mars and Hot Rock to the majestic walls of Elona — always accompanied by a professional guide taking care of logistics and climbing goals.

The journey to Athens is in autonomy, but from there the group will travel together: all transfers, daily movements, and visits to the crags are organized and led by the guide, so you can focus entirely on climbing and the experience itself.

Accommodation is included for the whole week, in a comfortable apartment close to the crags. The program also includes two group dinners, moments to share stories and laughter after days spent on the wall. Other meals are free, allowing everyone flexibility and independence.

PROGRAMME

Day 1_ January 27: Meeting with the guide and the group in Athens airport at 5pm. Travel to Leonidio and apartment accomodation.

Day 2_ January 28: Climbing and welcome group dinner.

Day 3_ January 29: Climbing.

Day 4_ January 30: Climbing.

Day 5_ January 31: Rest day from climbing. Optional little hikes in the mountains or visit to monasteries.

Day 6_ February 1: Climbing.

Day 7_ February 2: Climbing and goodbye group dinner.

Day 8_ February 3: Leaving Leonidio early morning for Athens airport. Goodbye and end of the trip at 11am in the airport.

ACCOMODATION

Accommodation will be in a comfortable and welcoming apartment, located right in the center of Leonidio, just a few minutes from the main crags and local tavernas.

The apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny terrace perfect for relaxing after a day of climbing.

The space is shared, but each participant will have their own single bed. A simple yet well-appointed setting, designed to offer a convivial and simple experience, immersed in the everyday rhythm of Greek village life.
